After spending 16 years with two global commercial real estate companies, Loren co-founded Pike Street Properties. Loren aligns real estate holdings with business strategy to create a positive impact on corporate goals. His experience is concentrated in development, redevelopment and transaction management.
At Pike Street Loren delivers comprehensive advisory services. This includes leasing, lease vs. own analysis, acquisition and sale leaseback. Since 2001, Loren has been involved in more than 170 transactions valued at approximately $800 million.
Loren holds a BA in Public Administration from Michigan State University. Outside the office Loren is an avid Squash player, mountain biker and snowboarder.
Mr. Krasaeath has a BA in Economics from Emory University, a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago Harris School, an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Master of Taxation from DePaul University. Prior to Pike Street, he held positions with Cushman & Wakefield, Moody's Investor Service, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds the Series 65 and Series 63 licenses and has a State of Illinois Managing Broker Real Estate license.
Mr. Krasaeath serves on the Board of Directors of VOCEL, a non-profit early childhood center serving the Austin neighborhood of Chicago. Additionally, he is active with the University Club of Chicago and the Latin School of Chicago Parent Association. He and his family enjoy living in the Lincoln Park Neighborhood of Chicago.
Finance professional, real estate professional and community activist. Bob has 30 years’ experience in finance and real estate. He has held a RE brokers license since 1991 and has lent over $1.2 billion in real estate loans. He co-founded innovative companies like Vacation Finance, Pike Street Properties and The Indian Hill Company, an organization committed to the revitalization of Pontiac, MI. His career includes work for lenders such as Wells Fargo and he helped successfully work out over $700M in real estate projects for Lehman and other institutional lenders. Bob has been a regular contributor at industry conferences and journals and in 2006, he wrote a book about housing demographic trends toward retirement housing options.
An avid traveler, an urbanist and someone who is passionate about urban renewal, Bob also enjoys sailing.
Bob has a BBA in Finance and Economics and an MBA from Walsh College of Accounting and Business Administration.
Karen has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, and asset and property management for private and institutional investors. She has extensive experience with office, multi-family, medical office and retail real estate, with a special expertise in the turnaround of distressed assets. Karen’s current client roster includes high net worth and family office investors, some of which who are partnered with institutional lenders and investors.
Karen has a Bachelor of Arts degree, and holds a Masters of Business Administration degree with a Real Estate Finance emphasis, both from DePaul University. She was the chairperson of the Asset Management Committee for Building Owners and Managers Association for (2006-2008). Karen is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Managing Broker. Prior to forming IRA, Karen held positions of leadership with Zeller Realty Group, S.N. Phelps Realty, and Travelers Realty Investment Company.

Dayna Lucas has been running a Real Estate Consulting Business for over 20 years focusing on daily, monthly and annual bookkeeping, accounting functions and operational procedures. She is an expert on one of the industry’s most dependable software systems, SKYLINE. She has extensive knowledge in the accounting setup of new properties. She has managed and been responsible for Financial Statements of multiple types of real estate including Industrial, Retail, Residential Rentals and Condominium Management.
Dayna has an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, and is an Illinois Licensed Community Manager and Certified Residential Appraiser.
